Pilates is a series of exercises performed on a mat with an emphasis on core strength.
Every movement requires you to use your concentration to engage your core muscles in combination with a breathing pattern to create precise and flowing movement.
Pilates is perfect for building strength, increasing flexibility and improving posture. It also relieves stress and tension.
My classes focus on helping you to master your technique and every exercise I teach has alternatives or modifications so you can work at the level that’s right for you.
