Ladies Mat Pilates Classes

Enjoy an hours exercise in a group workshop class. Go through a combination of classical and contemporary Joseph Pilates exercises with small equipment. If you thought Pilates was an easy option, think again.

Pilates is the non-cardio way of increasing lean muscle mass & improving overall body toning and conditioning. Improve posture and lower back strength. Release stress and strains physically, then watch your body change. My classes are kept small and students are given exercises for their level. I cover all levels in a class setting. Beginners are welcome. Classes are set at a manageable pace for all. Fun & friendly!

Monday's & Thursday's (Ladies Only)

Level: Beginners/Progressive/Intermediate

Please wear comfortable clothing & bring a mat & bottle of water. All other equipment is supplied apart from ankle weights (0.5kg) I ask students to bring your own. Although optional useful to have! Contact to book

NEW!! Absolute Beginners

This class is suitable for absolute beginners seniors and anyone seeking to progress from sedentary life after a break, injury or difficulty. Don't let your mobility be an issue. Let's make exercise fun! Chair and Mat Pilates. Lessons are modified. Classes are both fun and friendly!

£8 Per Class (pay as you go)

£40 Course of 6 (usable in 8 wks)


Monday: 7pm – 8pm

Tuesday: 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Thursday: 7pm – 8pm
