My teaching style comes through my personal discovery within my own practice and consistently learning about my own capabilities.
We are living in a time where most of us are overworked, underpaid and unhappy with our souls desiring so much more.
Society keeps our attention on the ‘outer’ but gives little bearing to the ‘inner’ which is the most important.
We are ultimately holistic beings - you cannot just focus on one without the presence of the other.
Many other forms of movement are usually based around transformation of the body and the end result, but there’s not many others, if any that have the power to heal the mind and spirit at the same time like this practice can.
Yoga is here to inspire you to be focused on how you feel by bringing awareness to your MIND:BODY:BREATH connection which is where the true transformation lies.
MY:YOGA was created to remind you that every conscious movement you make that is unified with your breath ultimately gives you the ability to get closer to your freedom.
